Soil remediation

The humate’s influence on soil’s structure is priceless. Due to humate’s use, soil degradation is prevented, gradual accumulation and recovery of humus in the soil is provided,the fertility of marginal land is restored. They also produce a beneficial effect on soil’s structure, increasing the permeabilityand indicators of water retention,reducing soil erosion. Used systematically, humates cause improvement of soil structure, its buffering and ion exchange properties,soil microorganisms become more active.

Humate’s use is necessary:

  1. on alkaline soils with low iron content;
  2. on sandy, loamy soils with low organic matter (humus);
  3. on acid, podzolic soils with low humus content simultaneously with liming;
  4. in saline soils (salt marshes);
  5. on calcareous soils.

The use of humate causes mobility of heavy metals decline. E.g., copper motility is reduced by 15%, zinc – 50%, lead – 25%, cadmium – 15%.

Humate is also used for deoxidation soil. After the use of humates soil acidity decreases on average by 0,3-0,5 рНpoints, content of mobile potassium compounds increases by 30-40 % (нin some cases – 90%,compared with the control), mobile phosphorus content increases by 20-40 %, total nitrogen content increases by 20-30 %.

Humates combined with with mineral fertilizers and plant protection products causes reduce of the consumption of mineral fertilizers to 30-40%, pesticides – 20-30%, greatly reducing human impacts on the environment.

The use of humates, providing a measurable improvement in the ecological status of cultivated land,allows you to significantly improve weather and climate resilience and productivity of cultivated plants and green spaces.
